Job Description:
We are seeking a mature, ethical, energetic, professional, and
caring Client Service Associate to play a critical role in the
operation of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day
operational duties of the firm, you will have a multitude of duties
that will require great attention to detail and excellent people
skills as there will be a lot of client interaction.
If you are passionate about assisting clients in the financial
field, love to cross t's and dot i's, and are all about the
details, then this is your chance to play a key role in the
continued success of our organization!--This is a full-time
position, Monday - Friday. In exchange for your expertise, we offer
a base salary, 401(k) plus a matching, disability insurance, health
benefits if needed, paid time off, and a great working
environment.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
After training, a Flexible Remote option is available on Fridays
only.
Responsibilities:
--- Process new accounts and account transfers/rollovers
--- Process beneficiary changes
--- Managing check requests
--- Managing and calculating client's required minimum
distributions from retirement accounts
--- Managing fee billing
--- Annual retirement plan review for client 401k and Simple IRA
plans
--- Managing our financial planning software (eMoney and/or
MoneyGuidePro)
--- Handles incoming telephone calls (office receives roughly 5-7
calls per day)
--- Assist with life, disability, and long-term care insurance
service requests
--- Coordinates state, SEC, and FINRA licensing and renewals
--- Assemble client documents for client meetings
--- Greet clients in a friendly and sincere manner
--- Maintains written systems of all activities
--- Sends periodic client correspondence
--- Oversees annual client satisfaction survey
--- Schedule client appointments
--- Provide client, advisor, and team member support
Qualifications:
--- Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and an extraordinary
client service orientation
--- Have a passion for working with clients and helping people
--- Ability to be part of a team and get along, while having the
ability to work independently
--- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical
skills
--- Ability to think outside the box, prioritize workload and
anticipate and resolve issues as they arise
--- Superior phone skills - friendly and helpful in all
interactions on the phone
--- Professional demeanor, strong verbal, written, presentation,
and communication skills
--- Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment
securities (intellectually curious)
--- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM)
software such as Redtail, Salesforce, or others
--- Current or previously held FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 65
preferred, but not required
--- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
--- Previous experience in Wealth Management or Registered
Investment Advisor (RIA) financial services industry
