Experienced Tax Associate/Tax Senior - Atlanta, GA Who: A tax professional with 1–3 years of public accounting experience and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. What: Prepare and review tax returns, conduct tax research, support tax planning initiatives, and begin mentoring junior staff while managing multiple client engagements. Position Overview: This role offers hands-on experience preparing a variety of tax returns, researching complex tax matters, supporting client tax planning, and building relationships while working with a diverse and sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals and businesses across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: ? Prepare and review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including detailed work papers. ? Draft and revise tax correspondence, memoranda, and client deliverables. ? Prepare tax projections and support tax planning strategies. ? Research and analyze domestic and international tax issues. ? Provide training, guidance, and support to tax staff and interns. ? Develop foundational relationship-building skills to support client loyalty. ? Build understanding of client industries, KPIs, and emerging tax trends. ? Participate in networking activities and maintain relationships with business peers. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred. ? Minimum 1 year of public accounting experience, with at least one busy season. ? CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA eligibility. ? Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines with high-quality results. ?
