Job Description:
Tax Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax
Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our
organization, you will play a critical role in leading our tax
function and driving strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: •
Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to minimize risk
and optimize financial performance • Lead and manage a team of tax
professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development
opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless integration
of tax planning and compliance • Analyze and interpret complex tax
laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and identify
opportunities for improvement • Prepare and review tax returns,
reports, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Build and maintain relationships with external tax advisors,
auditors, and regulatory agencies Requirements: • 7 years of
experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate or public
accounting environment • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or
related field (CPA or other relevant certifications a plus) •
Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and policies,
including experience with tax planning, compliance, and controversy
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience
leading high-performing teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving,
and communication skills, with ability to distill complex concepts
