Attorney (2–5 Years) – Atlanta AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Real Estate
Public Finance Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate group in
Atlanta. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2–5 years
of experience in public finance matters, including tax-exempt bond
issuances and tax incentive transactions such as bonds-for-title
and PILOT programs. Experience serving as bond counsel, issuer’s
counsel, or company counsel is highly valued. The Role • Advise
clients on public finance transactions, including tax-exempt bond
issuances • Handle tax incentive transactions, including
bonds-for-title and PILOT structures • Represent clients as bond
counsel, issuer’s counsel, or company counsel • Collaborate within
a nationally recognized real estate platform on sophisticated
transactions Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an
accredited law school • 2–5 years of public finance experience •
Experience with tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive
programs • Commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar
experience a plus • Strong academic credentials • Excellent verbal,
written, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple
concurrent matters • Admitted in Georgia or eligible for admission
