The purpose of this role is to help families by managing the office
calendar and meeting space to ensure clients have a warm welcome
and a smooth onboarding experience.
The primary responsibilities:
--- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors,
--- Manage calendars and meeting rooms,
--- Facilitate client onboarding with payment, Engagement
Agreements, and client communication
--- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
--- Excellent verbal communication skills
--- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
--- Attention to details
--- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
--- Proficient with CRM database, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS
Education and Experience:
--- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
--- 1+ year of experience as a receptionist, administrative
assistant, guest services specialist, or similar position in a
professional office setting
