commercial construction management, known for delivering projects
on time and on budget-without compromising quality or client

hire often. This contractor is looking for a Project Manager with
retail construction experience who thrives in fast-paced
environments and knows how to keep projects on track under tight
deadlines. Description Manage multiple retail construction projects
from pre-construction through closeout Create and maintain project
schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful on-time
delivery Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and
vendors Conduct remote site visits and oversee progress through
digital tools and site documentation Mitigate risks and resolve
issues quickly without sacrificing quality or safety Ensure all
stakeholders are aligned through clear communication and proactive

construction project management experience, specifically in retail
or commercial builds Demonstrated success managing aggressive
project timelines Strong understanding of construction scheduling,
cost control, and subcontractor coordination Ability to work
independently and manage multiple remote projects at once
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project,
or similar) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with a fully remote work environment and self-driven
