A well-established and highly respected General Contractor in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their team. About the Opportunity: As a Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring quality delivery, profitability, and long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is ready to mentor teams while contributing to strategic planning and company growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive oversight of multiple ground-up and renovation projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial. Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment with expectations and project goals. Lead and mentor Project Managers and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Business Development to support project acquisition and planning. Monitor project performance, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and profitable completion. Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of work. Ideal Qualifications: 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, including at least 3 years in a leadership or executive role. Proven track record managing complex projects ranging from $10M–$100M . Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and financial management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, team members, and partners. A background in ground-up projects within sectors such as education, healthcare, institutional, or mixed-use is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
