Case Manager will be working for a Fortune 500 Company and has

Highlights • The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. •
Training & Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST • 100%
Remote position • This position is a full-time contract opportunity
Responsibilities • Manage the entire care process with urgency—from
benefit verification to medication delivery—ensuring a seamless
patient experience • Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate
with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and insurers • Assist in
obtaining insurance coverage, prior authorizations, and managing
appeal outcomes • Educate patients on insurance coverage, including
out-of-pocket costs and appeals guidance • Address patient
inquiries and resolve concerns related to access and support • Stay
current on payer landscapes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plans)
and plan for reimbursement changes • Process enrollments via phone,
fax, and electronic platforms • Review and verify accuracy of
patient forms and documentation • Manage incoming calls from
patients, providers, and other partners, striving for one-call
resolution Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in patient-facing
or customer interaction roles, preferably within a healthcare or
pharmacy support setting • High School Diploma or equivalent
required • Hub or Patient Support Services experience preferred •
Strong knowledge of insurance plans including Medicare (A, B, C,
D), Medicaid, and Commercial payers • Excellent communication,
empathy, problem-solving, and mediation skills • Proficiency in
data entry and MS Office tools • Familiarity with pharmaceutical
therapies, medication adherence, and disease state management is a
plus • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
