A Client Service Coordinator’s day-to-day work include: Addressing and resolve customer inquiries at our front desk in a timely and efficient manner Accurately handling customer concerns regarding service, billing, payments, and collections Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities by recommending tailored solutions Clearly explaining billing statements and product functionalities to customers Providing initial troubleshooting for common issues, escalating complex problems as necessary Fostering customer trust and encourage repeat business through effective problem resolution Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, including technical support needs Joining mentorship sessions alongside other Client Service Coordinators to sharpen customer service and people skills
