Responsibilities: Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer
situations and bring them higher up, if necessary Make sure each
customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to
achieve full customer satisfaction Communicate frequent customer
suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Provide thorough follow-ups
to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Answer
incoming calls on product and service questions, customer
complaints, and general customer inquiries Qualifications: Previous
work in a customer-facing position Must have graduated high school,
received a G.E.D. or equivalent Excellent active listening,
interpersonal, and communication skills About Company The Templeton
