Monitor insurance claims to ensure satisfaction Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service representatives. REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 Years of Experience in a State Farm Agents Office Property/Casualty License Life/Health License QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience in customer service, with some experience in a managerial role. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Proactive in problem solving Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
