As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care to promote health, prevent illness, and ensure patient well-being. Collaborating with the Health Care Team, you will deliver safe and high-quality care while facilitating care coordination across different stages of treatment.Essential Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete screenings and address care gaps and patient goals.
• Provide education based on national guidelines and refer to appropriate resources.
• Perform procedures within scope of practice and monitor patient responses.
• Assess and triage patients using critical thinking skills.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain a clean work environment.
• Demonstrate clinical assessment skills and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Provide customer service and support to patients, families, and team members.
• Act as a resource to the team and participate in process improvements.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in staff development and training.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement activities and serve as a role model for quality and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum two (2) years of current clinical experience. Education
    • Associates Degree or two (2) years of experience in a directly related field.
    • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration
      • Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia)
      • Basic Life Support required at hire Additional Requirements:
        • Ability to engage with clients and the community, educate staff, and promote wellness.
        • Complete a Customer Service Agreement and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
        • Display dependability and good attendance.Preferred Qualifications:
          • Minimum one (1) year of experience in mobile healthcare or community health.
          • A valid CDL Class B driver's license preferred.
          • Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of experience in a related field.
