and connected car. Main Mission: -Responsible for maintaining and
supporting all manufacturing plant systems to ensure optimal
performance and uptime. -Coordinate the automation projects for the
Plant. -Identify the best practices for automation applications.
-Ensure that all automated systems meet the functional requirements
and that implementation is conducted timely and efficiently.
Propose and implement system improvements. -Support plant personnel
on performing complex system/automated tasks. Assist maintenance
personnel in complex trouble shooting. -Contribute to division
robotics and automation network, ensure the automation support for
the plant and projects. Main Responsibilities: - Manage the
automation projects at the plant level Primary lead for
implementing and maintenance of Digital Factory systems and work
closely with IT/IS teams to ensure systems are operating at peak
efficiency. Assist in installation and programing with supplier.
Debug, troubleshoot, maintain and modify auto equipment. Select the
right tools and systems according to business needs. Formalise
connection between MES/traceability system and automation equipment
Participate to impacts analysis on MES : new projects, new flows,
and update of FMEA Ensure PLC Integration for MES go live according
to IES plant deployment plan Develop, coordinate and implement
training programs with full documentation, based on procedures and
solution documents and user’s guide. Define test plans and create
documentation Design and control software testing Participate in
software testing Integrate new solutions into PO existing system
Provide clear report /follow-up of process means
modification/implementation - Support proper usage and maintenance
of the Industrial System Conduct training for production personnel
on new automated systems and assess competencies and ensure Best
Practices Gathering PLC, Robotics, HMI, HW (act) Ensure clear
understanding and execution of the specification Attend conference
calls between site and Support Structure for open tickets
follow-up, Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting, for
complex equipment or automated – electrical/software issues Support
PAS factory stop problem Qualification/Knowlege:
-Bachelor's/Master's Degree in engineering (specialty in
automation) -Experience in PLC program development -Experience in
PLC program development , PLC maintenance -Backgrounds in assembly
paint and injection manufacturing for plastics/composites.
Knowledge with MES, SCADA system and industrial IT Hands-on Robotic
and PLC programming experience -Data analysis and mindset -Good
communication and pedagogical skills -Ability to plan, organize and
prioritize -Good project management skills -Skilled in PLC/HMI
configuration and programing (ideally Siemens) -Knowledge of
programming/computer background -Understanding of network concepts
and protocols -Understanding of MES and Information flows -Basics
