You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on
aggregate processing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and
implement effective solutions Operate hand and power tools, welding
equipment, and heavy machinery as needed Maintain accurate
maintenance records and ensure safety compliance Collaborate with
operations team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment
performance What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical
aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret
technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Proficiency with
tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance Commitment to
safety and adherence to company policies Flexibility to work
varying shifts, overtime, and in outdoor conditions Conditions of
Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer
pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and
background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing
drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily
in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical
equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated
