and Night 4/10 Schedule Job Description We are seeking skilled
Maintenance Technicians for various shifts. General Tech positions
are available, each responsible for maintaining and repairing
equipment within our distribution center. You will work closely
with a team to ensure equipment reliability and operational
efficiency. Responsibilities Perform assigned preventive
maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling
and other distribution center equipment. Use Computerized
Maintenance Management System (CMMS) generated preventive
maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and
equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good
maintenance practices. Maintain efficient operation of material
handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials.
Perform general building maintenance, including lamp replacement,
simple construction, wiring, and repair of overhead doors and
plumbing. For Technicians, prioritize and coordinate work
assignments to ensure critical tasks are completed correctly and
timely. Coach and mentor technicians through orientation, training,
and communication of maintenance practices. Direct and perform
preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech
automated equipment. Maintain a safe work environment by
documenting and correcting potential safety issues concerning
equipment or facility. Essential Skills At least 5 years of
maintenance experience in a facility, distribution, or
manufacturing environment OR an Associate degree in Industrial or
Maintenance Technology with at least 3 years of experience.
Experience with industrial electricity, including single phase and
three phase power, motors, protective devices, and photo sensors.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic
principles, uploading and downloading PLCs, System Control Software
(SCSs), and scanners. Experience with electronics, such as photo
sensors, remote I/O modules, servo drives, variable frequency
drives, and scanning systems. Willingness and ability to climb to
the 100-foot level for repairs, lift parts and tools weighing up to
50 pounds, and perform tasks involving repetitive motions. At least
2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the
workplace. At least 1 year of leadership experience, whether
direct, indirect, or cross-functional. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Industrial or Maintenance
Technology is preferred for General and Higher Tech roles.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, mechanical
maintenance, electrical repair, and PLC troubleshooting. Why Work

is a Contract to Hire position based out of WOODLAND, CA. Pay and
Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $47.00/hr.
