Job Description:
TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Powder Coater for our client
in Milner, GA Applies power coating material/paint utilizing a
spray gun technique to a variety of surfaces. Pre-loaded parts
circulate through their designated paint booth on a conveyor line
for application. Shift: M-F 6:30am - 4:00pm Pay: 14.00 - 18.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities: Applying appropriate powder application to
hanging parts. Maintaining and clean assigned powered gun. Wear
standard issued PPE, to include paint suit, paint hood and
breathing apparatus. Support Powder Lead with paint change, booth,
and powder room cleanup. Perform color change if Powder Lead is not
available. Good understanding of quality control principles.
Discuss paint defects from prior day and implement corrective
actions. Repetitive standing, bending, reaching and arm monition.
Maintain line safety in accordance with company policies. Notify
supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues. Responsible
for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day. No
Cell phones allowed in powder rooms or paint booths. Start and Stop
line if necessary. Preferred Skills: Previous painter experience
required Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred but not
