building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2026. This will be a
challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create
connections with RWC and peers from other Universities. Position
Summary: The primary objective of this position is to provide
support to the Engineering team by prioritizing tasks and focusing
on tasks until completion. Interns will be expected to present to
cross functional groups occasionally and to create or modify
engineering reports. This is a team environment and interns will
likely get some direction from multiple team members. Principal
Responsibilities: Create new and modify existing engineering
documentation including Purchase Specifications, Vendor Drawing
packages, Design History Files, and other supporting MS Office
documents. Ability to understand and review Engineering models and
drawings. Assists with engineering design experiments, testing, and
assembly of prototype products as requested Works to gain overall
knowledge and proficiency with engineering tasks and processes
Learn and understand systems and processes within a regulated
industry Assist Project Engineers and with management and execution
of projects Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications:
Education : Current or recent enrollment in an accredited
Engineering or equivalent degree program Experience : 1-2 years
work experience in any field Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
with focus on Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams Previous
experience with CAD design a plus but not required Working
Conditions & Physical Demands: This position will be in the Atlanta
Office Interns are paid an hourly rate of $22 Internship will
have travel involved including a kick-off in Atlanta and Operations
immersion week in Cullman, AL
