Skills: Must have Building Automation (BAS) - we use Niagara but
all are welcome HVAC experience to be considered Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled BAS/HVAC Technician to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation,
maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems and
HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Install and configure building automation
systems and HVAC equipment. Conduct regular maintenance and
inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems. Troubleshoot
and repair any issues related to BAS and HVAC systems. Collaborate
with other team members to design and implement energy-saving
initiatives. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs,
and maintenance activities. Provide technical support and training
to clients and staff on BAS and HVAC systems. Qualifications Proven
experience as a BAS/HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong
knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC principles.
Familiarity with Niagara and Tridium platforms is a plus. Relevant
certifications in HVAC or building automation preferred. Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Benefits Health/Vision/Dental
