a Transportation Engineer Project Manager (Engineering Associate
I-II) to join our growing design team in the Atlanta office. This

transportation solutions, including complete street
reconfigurations, bikeway designs, complex trails, and other

a Transportation Engineer Project Manager , you will be responsible
for: Managing a variety of multimodal transportation projects,
including complete streets, bikeway design, and pedestrian
improvements. Developing high-quality design documents, including
Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for bid-ready
packages. Participating in site visits to investigate existing
conditions, observe construction activities, and inform design
decisions. Leading and supporting project coordination meetings
with clients and consultants. Collaborating with internal teams to
prepare proposals, scope of work documents, and technical graphics
for grant applications and other planning activities. Assisting
with business development and contributing to the proposal process
when pursuing new projects. Qualifications Required: 8 years of
experience as a Transportation Engineer in a consulting environment
or public entity 2 years of experience with project management,
including coordinating teams, preparing scopes of work, budgets,
and schedules. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
Transportation Engineering, or a related field from an
ABET/EAC-accredited program. Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; experience with Civil
3D, OpenRoads Experience with DOT and Federally funded design
projects is strongly desired Strong background in transportation
design, including experience with multimodal transportation
solutions, complete streets, bikeway design, pedestrian
improvements, and related projects. Ability to design, manage, and
deliver project tasks such as geometric layout, grading, storm
drainage, green infrastructure, traffic control plans, construction
staging, and more. Strong communication skills with the ability to
interact effectively with clients, contractors, and
multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to lead or coordinate
project tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines and
budget constraints. Preferred: Master’s degree in Civil
Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint or similar project management
software. Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and

walking distance to many restaurants. Compensation The pay range
for this job in Atlanta is $93,500-$127,500 annually. Placement
within the range is based upon experience, skill-sets, and
