Job Description Job Description We seek a motivated Master HVAC Technician to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and warranty work. The HVAC Technician will work directly with the company’s Field Supervisors. The ideal candidate should have industry experience and excellent communication skills. We'd like to meet with you if you have previous HVAC experience. Ultimately, the role is responsible for customer satisfaction. Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC Excellent Communication Skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field Strong leadership skills and work ethic Must have a stable background/work history Must have a valid driver's license Own hand tools Physical Requirements: · Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat · Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders · Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time What we offer: Base salary Commission Company vehicle Company cell phone Health, dental, and vision insurance (ALH pays for part of the employee's insurance) Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Paid vacation Sign-on bonus after 1 year based on performance
