Your role will involve promoting existing services, in addition to our evolving new next generation and technology-oriented solutions, with both our existing clients and new prospects.You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities* Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan* Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads* Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings* Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies* Track performance of all marketing campaignsQualifications* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 3+ years' experience in marketing* Ability to multi-task* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skillsPrimary Duties & Responsibilities.* Responsible for coordinating both internal and external marketing activities* Organize monthly marketing initiatives and work with our external marketing agency to execute the production of deliverables* Arrange employee events and internal marketing initiatives* Help coordinate social media presence and website updates* Assist with Allison-Smith technology product marketing initiatives* Manage quarterly email marketing content* Answers phone calls and respond to emails with a professional demeanor, integrity, and positive attitude* Handles sensitive, confidential, proprietary information with discretion and handles incoming and outgoing correspondence with compliance to company policyRequired Education & Experience.* BS Marketing degree required (Construction and/or engineering industry experience a plus)* 5 years minimum of experience in marketing field* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Social* Media and other technology applications* Construction and/or engineering industry experience a plusRequired Competencies.* Possess leadership skills and abilities to develop and manage department* Ability to provide input and useful advice* Experience in supervising and managing staffRequired Skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Attention to detail, highly organized, excellent time management skills* Professional demeanor, integrity, positive attitude* Excellent ability to prioritize, make decisions and problem solve* Able to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously* Proven ability to effectively manage a marketing budgetEssential Job Requirements.* Drug test* Background checkWhat we offer.Competitive wages - Paid time-off - 401k Plan - Profit Sharing - Company-provided health insurance + HSAWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
