Like Family". The Program Manager is a critical part of the
Recognition & Incentives Team, serving as the day-to-day operations
leader for various client programs. The person in this role
maintains overall external and internal accountability for the
operation of Summit's recognition and incentive programs, ensuring
the program adheres to program rules and regulations as noted in
the approved Proforma, SOW and contract and working with the
Account Team to drive account growth, profitability, and retention.
We are seeking candidates in the Atlanta, Chicago and Washington,
DC areas and will consider a fully remote work arrangement as well.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Management & Sales Initiatives
- Manage and participate in account reviews
- Prepare presentations associated with stewardship review
- Generate reports to obtain metrics and analytic
information
- Measure program results against program goals & objectives
- Proactively lead and foster collaborative customer account
teams to ensure our solutions produce desired results for our
customers
- Provide the client with an understanding of our internal
operations and work to develop relationship between the client and
internal support departments
- Direct presentations associated with yearly product refresh
activities and planned product updates
- Manage client expectations and communicate project processes,
approvals and timelines
- Organic growth of accountProgram Management
- Support completion of Statement of Work for annual renewals and
new clients
- Work with customers to gather and define project requirements
for new programs and upsells with existing clients
- Interface with Customer Experience, Accounting, and
Distribution to train on program details, support issues and
questions
- Act as escalation point for Customer Experience, distribution
and accounting teams
- Timeline management on new clients as well as program
enhancements and site refresh
- Provide recommendations to management to reduce costs,
streamline processes and reduce company and client inventory
exposure
- Create timeline to support project activities; manage resources
to ensure on time delivery of client requirements
- Produce detailed documentation throughout the project
lifecycle
- Obtain estimates from all parties involved and submit for
approval
- Manage and address program requirements and updates, including
others to ensure updates happen
- Troubleshoot/research when issues come up and escalate to
appropriate team for resolutionProgram Operations
- Award/Merchandise Management (when applicable)
- Work with merchandiser on proposals for branded items as well
as other merchandise to be included in program
- Escalate rebuy needs to Buyer and proactively manage slow
moving merchandise based on contractual agreement as needed
- Back order management
- Responsible for disposition of program inventory when
applicable
- Work with Account Executive on budgets and budget
management
- Oversee Item set up on e-commerce sites (item adjustments as
needed) Order Management
- Process spreadsheet/uploads associated with Fulfillment or
Engagement and Recognition programs
- Manage certificate database - direct set up certificate item
number
- Work with Product Manager, client and Communications Manager on
all customer facing communication as allowed in contract/SOW and
approved by client
- Review and approve client consolidated client invoices and
monthly invoicing
- Work with the appropriate parties to resolve invoice
discrepancy inquiries Reporting & Compliance
- Provide reporting in a timely manner as outlined in the
contract/SOW
- Update program pricing for custom programs quarterly or annual,
as outlined in the contract/SOW
- Generate and review inventory report weekly (if
applicable)

- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of business
experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project
management tool beneficial. NetSuite experience a plus
- Ability to learn and work on multiple technologies
- Solid working knowledge of the principles and best practices of
the recognition industry
- Solid working knowledge of the principles of best practices of
the branded merchandise and merchandise fulfillment industry We
