• Shift Managers will assist the Assistant and General Managers with daily kitchen operations and some administrative responsibilities.
• Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.
• General kitchen operations and backoffice tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, etc.
• Will train in basic kitchen administrative tasks. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, operations reports, etc.Manager Requirements:
  • Must be available for some Night & Weekend shifts.
  • Must have attention for detail & food quality.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.
  • Must have basic computer and math skills.Benefits:
