and ResponsibilitiesKyndryl Project Managers are responsible for
end to end project management: start up, staffing, execution,
schedule/risk/quality mgmt., financials, deliverables,
close-out.The Project Manager's role is to ensure scope, cost,
schedule, and contractual deliverables are met for assigned
projects that will vary in complexity within the Advisory &
Implementation Services (A&IS) portfolio.Responsibilities to
include:1. Maintain a Project Control Book for all project
assignments.2. Run weekly cadences with internal and external
stakeholders.3. Identify when things are off track and handle,
including escalations as appropriate, through resolution.4. Act as
single point of contact for client and internal stakeholders for
status, questions, issues.5. Ensure financials are intact
(including forecasts, rev/profit etc).6. Identify new revenue
growth opportunities.* Remote position; may include some travel to
client site depending on assignment.If you are hired into a
Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the
position $92,000 to $174,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your
ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills
and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be
adjusted appropriately.Required Technical and Professional
ExpertiseThis position will be client-facing; therefore both verbal
and written communication skills are critical. Kyndryl Project
Managers use skills and leadership competencies for team building,
client relations, negotiation, decision making, problem-solving,
and conflict management.Candidates should be able to speak to their
success and qualifications with:1. Communicating at all levels of
an organization to gain consensus amoung stakeholders.2. Adapting
to new assignments, processes, methods and tools easily with
flexibility, including shifting to client-based applications and
schedule (including time zone shifts, as appropriate).3. Awareness
of PM methodologies and practies (including Agile and Waterfall) to
execute a wide range of project plans.4. Specialized Excel
experience with ability to join multiple data tables and utilize
complex formulas to build reports in order to analyze data and
provide status.5. All candidates should have achieved Project
Management Certification: PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP certification or
PMI-CAPM or PRINCE2 PM Certification.* Remote position; may include
some travel to client site depending on assignment.Preferred
Technical and Professional Experience1. Additional related
certifications including cloud (AWS / Azure / Google), security,
scrum master etc.2. Proficiency in MS Project and other Agile
project management methodology like Kanban, VSM etc.3. Microsoft
Office Suite proficiency as a user with Outlook, Teams, Planner,
Sharepoint, etc.4. Knowledge and experience in at least one of the
following: Service Now, Network, Data Center Migration,
Infrastructure Services, Ansible / automation, Kubernetes,
modernization, resiliency Cloud services and XaaS (as a Service)
platforms. Healthcare industry experience a plus.Required
