Background in sales required. Past experience in auto sales, in-home/construction sales, or real estate would be ideal for the Acquisition Manager role.

Responsibilities:
--- Call Hot Leads & Schedule Appts to Make Offers
--- Prepare Offers
--- Present Offers in Person at the Appointment
--- Manage Negotiations over time
--- Follow Up with Seller's(Weekly)
--- Manage Process of Closing Deals

Qualifications:
--- 1 or more years of experience in buying/selling real estate, especially acquisitions
--- Reliable transportation is a must
--- Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred
--- Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred
--- Strong Ability to use and learn Technology (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
--- Construction Management experience is a plus
--- Flipped a few houses already? Be sure to include this in Cover Letter
