The new business model has enabled TruPayMe to establish itself as a leading Fintech Payments group.Account Manager- The Role:- Responsible for maintaining and growing revenue of the assigned Partner portfolio- Manage existing merchants and partners within your assigned portfolio and serve as dedicated point of contact. Aids the Partner to get merchant applications approved and onboarding to grow the portfolio- Builds trusted relationships and acts as an interface between the merchant/partner and Trust Payments- Upsells and cross-sells Trust Payment solutions into the Partner relationships. Have the partner sign the appropriate contract/contract addendum for the new Trust Payments products/solutions.Account Manager Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary Commercial contact point for the Partner representing Trust Payments- Ensure the any revenue owed to Trust Payments from the Partner is collected on a timely basis; and that the Commission Statements from the Partner are accurate/complete and received on a timely basis- Encourage the Partner to use the Partner Portal- Ensure that the Partner has the latest version of their Partner Playbook- Conduct weekly calls with the partner. Provide the partner with a weekly report that communicates the status of the relationship, referred merchants, and any in-progress merchant applications- Perform Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Top 10 Partner Accounts encourage Partner Loyalty and identify Opportunity and Risk- Create and maintain account plans for Top 10 Partner Accounts. Upload the Account Plans into SalesForce.com (SF.com) for the respective accounts- For significant partner/merchant opportunities, create and maintain a Deal Summary- Perform Ad-hoc tasks required by changing market environment or involvement in commercial activities / campaigns- With Customer Support and Finance to trouble shooting / problems solving to assist the Partner with any issues- Ensure accurate data is held within Salesforce- Work with Sales Support to manage application referrals. Ensure merchant referrals are priced and the pricing template is completed for all merchant referrals. Enter merchant referrals into the Partner Portals and application portals and track applications for your merchants and partners- Perform Stor demonstrations and presentations for your partners; and, as requested by the US Head of Sales for other merchants and/or partnersAccount Manager You:- Account Management/Sales background in technology-based products and services- Proven track record of ability to meet and surpass sales, cross-sell and upsell targets- Vertical industry experience and knowledge- Experience of writing and maintaining Account Plans- Experience of building relationships and network with relevant groups, both internally and externally (banks, suppliers, Third Parties)- Team player, excellent inter-personal skills- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Strong presentation skills- Awareness of Trust Payments range of products- Awareness of competitor s products within the industry- Understanding of Payment systems capabilities and features- Computer literacy, word processing, CRM, data handling, record keepingAccount Manager Benefits:- 100% paid medical care for yourself and eligible family members- Company pays 6% into 401k after 6 month probation, regardless of whether employee contributes- 20 vacation days- 10 paid Holidays- Plenty of autonomy- Life Insurance -4x annual salary up to $250k without health questionnaire up to $500k with health assessment- Available Dental and vision plan -paid by employee- Excellent opportunities for progressionWe understand the value that a diverse and inclusive working environment brings to TruPayMe.
