The purpose of this role is to drive revenue for the firm through the development and execution of sales plans, policies, and objectives.

$100,000 plus incentives

Responsibilities:
--- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
--- Plan and direct daily activities of the sales team to obtain maximum sales efficiency and expected conversion rates and average case value is aligned with the business plan
--- Work closely with the People and Culture Team to ensure staffing, onboarding, and training needs are met to achieve goals
--- Ensure the team understands and communicates the value proposition to clients
--- Build initiatives to establish a firm identity
--- Create and maintain sales budgets
--- Prepare accurate and complete reporting documenting sales goals to share with the leadership team
--- Performance Management with sales team (1-2-1 meetings, quarterly, and annual reviews)
--- Consistent model of the firm's core values, continually aligning and enhancing the culture to ensure a great place to work
--- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them

--- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from relationship building to closing the sale

Education and Experience:
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA or other advanced degree is not required but is considered a plus)
--- 7+ years of Sales leadership experience
--- Senior leadership experience in a growing organization is a must
--- Experience monitoring, tracking, reporting, and coaching employee metrics and performance
--- Proficient with CRM database, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS required
