Job Description:

Manage the entire service department of a Mitsubishi franchise. This position will be responsible for all technicians and service advisors. The service manager must maintain Mitsubishi's KPIs and growth standards. This position will be responsible for keeping a high level of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction while growing market share and gross profit.

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement service strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
--- Analyze service department performance metrics and develop action plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
--- Manage and mentor service department staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer service.
--- Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
--- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:
--- At least three years of franchise service manager or assistant service manager experience.
