project management. In this role, you will need to emphasize
building trust and relationships at all levels of the business,
while being able to prioritize effectively, make quick decisions,
ask tough questions, and troubleshoot to offer creative solutions.

Responsibilities --- Overall management of Southwire's
Communications team, which includes communications business
partners, creative team, and recruitment marketing --- Develop and
lead adoption and engagement strategy for Southwire Circuit, our
newly-introduced app-based technology to effectively engage team
members across the business --- Ensure strong partnerships across
the business to build and execute internal communication strategies
for Southwire business groups, functions, and teams --- Connect the
work of the team to Southwire's overall mission/vision - drive
effective external communications and recruitment marketing efforts
across Southwire's footprint --- Serve as a creative advisor for
the creative team and visual production activities --- Stay on the
leading edge of best-in-class communication technology and tools,
including support of ongoing efforts to transition company digital
signage strategy --- Plan, execute, and lead quarterly CEO business
updates as well as support overall executive communications ---
Ongoing vendor management with technology and communication
partners, as well as agency partners --- Support and encourage team
participation in company Giving Back activities and efforts ---

DescriptionRequired Education, Experience, and Skills Minimum
Education Level: Bachelor's Years of Experience: 8+ years (1-3
years in management role) Field of Expertise: Communication,
Marketing, or related field Preferred Skills, Licenses, &
Certificates: Strong writing experience in a corporate
communications role, Experience with the following technology
platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, FirstUp Technology, Airtable,
Enplug, Vimeo, ShootproofReporting Spans of Control Reports To
