Technology Skills including but not limited to: POS back office, MS Word, Excel, Scanning Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated 2+ years fast food restaurant General Manager experience.Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company policies and procedures, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
