Responsibilities include financial planning, budget development, profit and loss statements, and hiring personnel. The main focal points will be the day-to-day operations of sales, scheduling, training, studio maintenance, and member satisfaction.Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the ownership operates according to the overall philosophy.
    • Be responsible for the financial success of the studio.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by leadership.
    • Meet daily appointment goals as directed by leadership.
    • Maintain an intimate knowledge of studio goals and projections.
    • Oversee the direction and success of the staff.
    • Develop staffing plans.
    • Generate leads.Qualifications:
      • Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science is preferred.
      • Previous management experience is preferred.
      • Effective time management skills.
