Job Description:This Manager, Professional Services is
responsible for successful financial and operational support to the
internal teams that focus on the delivery of solutions for clients
using best practices that meet the health care industry needs. This
role combines elements of people management, data analysis, project
management, financial management, and business strategy to drive
positive revenue and business compliance and outcomes. This role
will drive additional operational and financial processes and
reporting to support internal operations workgroups focused on
supporting processes that promote success for clients, employees,
and financial stakeholders.
This position is based in the U.S. and is a nationwide search.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely
and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and
clients to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity
identification to project delivery.
- Oversee the contractual agreement process, including Statement
of Work (SOW).
- Conduct thorough analysis of business process and
requirements.
- Collect feedback and document lessons learned from completed
engagements for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales as needed to assist with project
estimates and customer inquiries.
- Provide management, coaching, and leadership to the team.
- Travel up to 75%.
- Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the
position.Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a
related field.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would
provide the required qualifications for the position.Experience
Required:
- 7+ years project management/program implementation professional
services, project management, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience with all phases of a client software implementation
lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project
administration, software installation, onsite training, systems
troubleshooting.License/Certification Required:
- NextGen NCP Certification in EHR or EPM and DM within 6 months
of hire.
- Maintain and renew certification.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of:Strong understanding of the professional services
landscape, including both internal and partner-provided services.
Implementation strategies and activities that promote long-term
customer loyalty,
- In depth knowledge of the health care industry including at
least: Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical/Patient Care Operations,
Best Practices Processes and Workflows, Analytics and HITECH and
MACRA legislation and related programs and regulations. Change
leadership techniques and organizational governance
structures.
- Skill in:Strong operational management, project management, and
communication/presentation. Client facing, analytical,
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Teamwork and leadership
skills
- Ability to:Lead collaboration across functions throughout the
organization, manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder
engagements, present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise
manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise.The
