us!Position Summary:The Project Director oversees all client
interactions, fostering relationships and leading project delivery.
As a senior sales and operations role, success hinges on winning
new business and executing projects effectively. This role involves
managing profitability, client relationships, and team development
in line with Manhattan standards.Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staffing with project leaders
- Uphold Manhattan's Guiding Principles
- Develop pursuit strategies for new clients, including proposals
and presentations
- Manage relationships with clients, designers, and
consultants
- Represent Manhattan in industry and community activities
- Oversee project planning, safety, financial monitoring, and
risk management
- Lead recruitment, team development, and employee reviews
- Uphold company values and standards in all actionsSales Role
and Responsibilities:The Project Director reports to the Vice
President and manages key client accounts, focusing on business
development and project delivery. Success is measured by ability to
sell and execute projects, develop new markets, and foster
strategic relationships.
- Set and meet sales targets
- Research and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Lead pursuit teams and manage RFQ/RFP processes
- Develop and execute strategic sales plansClient Focus:Manage
significant accounts generating substantial revenue, focusing on
client retention and growth.Financial:
- Conduct quarterly risk and opportunity analyses
- Oversee financial reporting and forecasting
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profit goalsProject Planning:
- Lead project planning and risk management
- Negotiate contracts and change orders
- Participate in project reviews and team meetingsHuman
Resources:
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Implement training and succession plans
- Promote team collaboration and visibilityJob Skills &
Abilities:
- Deep understanding of construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational

skillsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
related field
- 18+ years of management or construction experience
- Current management of multiple client accounts
- 10+ years in operational and sales leadership rolesWorking
