Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Operations Leader to oversee and drive the strategic direction, daily operations, and project execution of the company. This multifaceted role blends the core responsibilities of a General Manager, Vice President of Operations, Project Manager , and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) . The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to team leadership and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership (CEO / GM): Define and implement long-term company strategies to support sustainable growth. Provide visionary leadership to align teams with company mission, values, and goals. Represent the organization with stakeholders, partners, and the public. Report directly to the board or ownership on business performance, risks, and opportunities. Operational Oversight (VP of Operations / GM): Direct day-to-day operations across departments including sales, customer service, finance, and logistics. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability. Lead process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and financial goals. Project Management (Project Manager): Manage and oversee company-wide projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, resource allocation, and KPIs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful execution. Identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans to achieve optimal outcomes. People and Culture Leadership (CEO / GM): Build and lead a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team. Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 8–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility. Proven success in strategic planning, operations management, and project leadership. Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Comfortable in dynamic environments, especially in startups or growth-stage companies. Preferred Skills: PMP certification or formal project management training. Experience in scaling operations and leading digital transformation
