Responsibilities

Cobb Hospital is now hiring for an enthusaistic, professional and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), who is responsible for medication administration and implementing respiratory care based on expanded knowledge, experience, and the evaluate-and-treat process. The RRT is responsible for delivering patient care in complex, multiple problem-patient care situations. The majority of time is in critical care areas with protocol ventilator management, significant independent decision-making and selfdirection.

We treat the adult, geriatric, infant, and NICU populations with minimal adolescent and child age patients for the treatment of COPD, CHF, ARDS and the care of "Preemies", providing Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), Broncotomy, Non-invasive Mechanical Ventilation and general treatment modalities; using HED, HEC, HBF, Admin Rx, Oscillators, Inhale, Nitric Oxide, Heliox Therapy and Super-dimension Bronchotomy. Our team members receive monthly in-service and annual continuing education opportunities and can serve on initiative-based committees; serving 40+ Pulmonary practices.
