Job Description:

The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient's and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.We are currently hiring a Floating PRN/On-Call Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our Georgia infusion centers, including Smyrna, and surrounding areas. This position will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to our customers suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses. We welcome RNs from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably possessing outstanding IV skills, and requiring an active Tennessee license.Responsibilities Will Include

• Administration of IV infusions in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Starting IVs and monitoring patients during the infusion process.
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
• Providing clear patient instructions and education regarding infusion protocols.
• Creating a positive, relaxing & professional environment.
• Maintaining a highly organized, safe, and clean work area
• Ability to work well with a supportive team that includes our Centralized Intake/Prior Authorization team, our Purchasing Team, Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy team, and Mid-Level provider/s on-site to provide the best possible experience for our patients.
• Provide coverage as-needed (opportunities approx. 1-2 days/week)QualificationsRegistered Nurse license in the state of practice required, with at least 1 year of RN experience in ICU, Oncology, Emergency Room or Infusion setting preferred. BLS certification required and a CRNI preferred.The Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following Functional Competencies
