for overnights - 7p-7a Licensed Practical Nurse Essential Duties
and Responsibilities * Take and record patient's vital signs *
Dresses Wounds * Observes patient and reports adverse reactions to
medication or treatment to appropriate personnel in charge *
Administers specified medication and nutrition and notes time and
amount on patient's chart * Adhere to patient's daily routine *
Maintain patient's oxygen routine if applicable * Accompany patient
to doctor appointments (day shift only) * Establish communication
path with patient * Assembles and uses such equipment as catheters,
nebulizer, suctioning, Bi-Pap and oxygen supplies * Records food
and fluid intake and output * Assists with bathing, dressing,
transfers and repositioning Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
* LPN license in the State of Georgia * 3 years experience as an
LPN * Ability to write routine reports and required correspondence
that are HIPAA compliant * Must be able to appropriately respond to
and maintain confidential information in compliance with HIPAA *
Reliable vehicle * Clean background and criminal record Licensed
