Facility: Wellstar Family Medicine - Smyrna (582 Concord)This Practice is designated as a Teaching Facility and this role is ideal for a proactive, compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor and Practice Manager. The LPN recognizes patient's needs and symptoms in advance and provides care for the patient under the physician's direction. This includes preparing patient for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care, and recording treatment in medical record.
