Job Title: Surgical Tech - Labor and Delivery Location: Atlanta,
GA 30303 Assignment Details: Start Date: July 21, 2025 Contract
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift | 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM Weekly
Hours: 36 hours/week Call requirement: 1 call every call shift 6
weeks Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Surgical
Technologist with a strong background in Labor & Delivery. The
ideal candidate will assist with surgical procedures, maintain a
sterile environment, and ensure instruments are properly prepared
for obstetric and gynecological surgeries. This is a 13-week travel
assignment on the night shift with rotating call requirements. Key
Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during cesarean sections,
hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and D&C procedures Prepare and
maintain a sterile field before and during surgery Handle surgical
instruments and supplies, ensuring proper setup and functionality
Monitor inventory of surgical supplies and report any shortages
Adhere to all hospital protocols, infection control policies, and
safety regulations Maintain accurate documentation and support the
surgical team throughout procedures Provide post-operative
assistance with surgical instruments and room turnover
