/n/n NOW OFFERING A $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified hires who
join our mental-health team. /n/n/n Position Overview /n/n As a
Licensed Mental Health Counselor with TK Health, you will assess,
stabilize, and coordinate care for adults in a secure correctional
setting while developing individualized release plans that ensure
continuity of treatment back in the community. /n/n Required
Credentials /n/n /n/t - /n/t Master’s degree in counseling, social
work, psychology, or a related field /n/t /n/t - /n/t Active
Tennessee license: LPC, LMSW, LADC, or LMFT /n/t /n /n/n/n Key
Responsibilities /n/n /n/t - /n/t Provide crisis assessments and
psychiatric-emergency intervention /n/t /n/t - /n/t Conduct
suicide-risk and substance-use evaluations; deliver MAT counseling
/n/t /n/t - /n/t Create and implement Individualized Treatment
Plans and refer for medication management /n/t /n/t - /n/t
Coordinate with security, medical, and community agencies to meet
inmates’ special-needs and discharge goals /n/t /n/t - /n/t
Maintain clinical documentation and compliance in accordance with
state standards /n/t /n/t - /n/t Participate in on-call rotation
for after-hours mental-health coverage /n/t /n/t - /n/t Deliver
mental-health training for jail staff and perform additional duties
