Job Description Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy for a nursing job in Smyrna, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Endoscopy - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Staff Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy / Perioperative Full-Time | Day Shift Key Responsibilities: - Provide safe, high-quality endoscopy perioperative nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice - Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation - Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and monitor during pre- and post-procedural phases - Deliver patient- and family-centered education related to procedures and recovery - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Support patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards - Participate in professional development, education, and competency requirements - Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and support team-based care delivery Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: - Active RN license (State or Compact) - Associate Degree in Nursing or higher (BSN preferred) - Minimum 5 years of recent acute care RN experience - Experience in endoscopy, perioperative, GI, PACU, or procedural settings preferred - BLS required; ACLS required or obtainable within required timeframe - Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment - Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Comprehensive Benefits Package:/n/nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance/n/n404(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match/n/nPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay/n/nSign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance for eligible positions About Pyramid Consulting Supercharge your career with Pyramid Consulting.
