This is a prime opportunity to step into a full schedule following a recent retirement, with flexibility to shape your time between general dermatology and aesthetics. Located in one of Atlanta's premier neighborhoods, this role balances high earning potential with schedule autonomy and lifestyle perks. Practice Overview You'll join a collegial team of 8 dermatologists (including 2 MOHS surgeons), 9 APPs, and 5 aestheticians Practice model supports both general dermatology and cosmetic services (aesthetics make up ~20% of volume) Flexibility to work primarily in Buckhead with optional time at a new Roswell clinic Shared call among 14 providers; no call responsibilities until January 2027 Schedule Choose between 3 to 5 days per week, tailored to your preferences Clinic operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays are dedicated to MOHS patients; non-MOHS physicians enjoy schedule flexibility Average daily volume of 38 patients, supported by 2 MAs Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary up to $400,000, with expected earnings of $400,000-$450,000 Productivity bonus based on 40-42% of collections Up to $20,000 in combined sign-on and relocation bonuses Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, malpractice, CME, and PTO (2-3 weeks) Candidate Requirements MD/DO Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology 5 Years experience preferred Community & Location Highlights Buckhead offers upscale living, top-ranked schools, and easy access to cultural and outdoor amenities Close proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Atlanta metro location with suburban lifestyle appeal and lower cost of living than other major metros Optional Roswell clinic location offers brand-new facilities and growing patient base Let's talk about how this opportunity can help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
