Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Chattanooga, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,773 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37404! Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: January 19, 2026 Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule; holiday rotation; fall into floating rotation with other staff Highlights: 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit with 1:6 patient ratios Diverse case mix including respiratory diseases, renal disease, GI illnesses, telemetry monitoring, and complex medication management Comprehensive support team including Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, and Case Management Meditech electronic documentation system Work with patients requiring various equipment including IV pumps, walkers, SCDs, CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips Focus on patient experience and communication excellence Requirements: Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility BLS certification required Medical-Surgical nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with respiratory diseases, renal disease, GI illnesses, telemetry, central venous catheters, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips Strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work on a well-established Medical-Surgical unit with a strong support system and collaborative team environment.
