Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Occupational Therapist is needed to provide expert support in a
school setting, focusing on helping students achieve their highest
level of independence and success. This role involves working
directly with children to develop and improve their motor skills,
sensory processing, and daily living activities. Key
Responsibilities: Assess students individual needs and create
tailored therapy plans Implement interventions to enhance fine and
gross motor skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress Maintain detailed records
of student assessments and therapy outcomes Travel to various
school sites within the Bridgeport, CT area to deliver services
Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with state
certification Experience working in educational settings preferred
Strong understanding of pediatric therapy techniques Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a flexible
travel schedule within the local area Location: Bridgeport, CT
