license must be in hand at the time of submission Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred
- Patient ratio experience of 3 - Charting system experience with
Epic Description: This is a sensitive unit. Candidates must ensure
they have reviewed all details in the unit/job description. The
role involves pre and post recovery for the Radiology and
Interventional Radiology department. Diagnoses include but are not
limited to Chronic Kidney Disease, post organ transplant,
radiation, oncology, and chronic hepatic/biliary disease. Full
compliance is required to start on time. If not compliant in time,
the pushback is two weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation
schedule. Locals are accepted at the same rate. The maximum time
off allowed is seven days. If one major holiday falls within the
assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two
major holidays occur during the assignment period, the traveler is
expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays occur
during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two
of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Candidates must be able to submit
core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing
the contract. Return travelers must complete one successful
assignment outside of any previous facilities prior to rebooking at
a new location. Candidates will be reviewed for clinical fit. If
the clinical pass is within the guidelines, the candidate will be
sent to the manager for a final decision. References from two
supervisory individuals are highly preferred at the time of
submission. This unit accepts first-time travelers. Floating within
facility/scope of practice may be required. Understanding of a
variety of technical skills including IV management, procedural
sedation administration, and post-epidural management is essential.
Candidates must be able to recognize and manage dysrhythmias and
