The opportunityDelaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a transformational leader to serve as the Director of Food & Beverage for a flagship rebuild initiative at Truist Park in Atlanta. This is a newly created role for a visionary, hands-on leader ready to drive change, elevate excellence, and redefine the premium dining experience within a high-volume, high-expectation sports and entertainment environment. Guided by Patina's uncompromising standards in premium service-elevated hospitality, detail-driven guest experiences, and culinary artistry-this leader will be responsible for crafting a culture of excellence and consistency from the ground up.PayMinimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $84,200 - $113,700 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.   • Roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality
  • Act as a change agent, driving innovation and improvements across the restaurant
  • Lead the turnaround and rebuilding efforts, transforming underperforming areas into high-functioning operations
  • Set and communicate a clear vision for the restaurant's future, aligning the team with overarching goals
  • Establish accountability standards to ensure consistent performance and excellence
  • Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomesMore about you
    • A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level
    • Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
    • Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
    • Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred
