Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager or Assistant
Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all
front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and
an enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Must be
hospitality minded and enjoy building rapport with customers.
Building relationships with customers to ensure long-term
relationships and repeat visits has been the cornerstone of our
success. Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality
management in a high-volume setting. - Strong knowledge of fine
dining and restaurant operations - A true desire and ability to
provide Southern hospitality - Professional in appearance and
demeanor - Ability to lead and coach employees to our standards -
Excellent communication skills - Positive, can-do attitude -
Evenings and weekends required, 10-hour shifts (50 hour work week)
