exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources (HR) team in our
Atlanta, GA as HR Administrator. This position is part of the HR
team and is responsible for supporting all of the fundamental
operations in the Human Resources Department. This position will
interface with employees from all levels; excellent interpersonal
skills and a customer service mindset is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective Human Resources administration service in an
efficient, professional and effective manner
- To support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating
recruitment, processes and relevant documents.
- Assist HR team with the process of recruitment, including
vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, creating offer
letters, administer background checks, etc.
- Respond to day to day questions and advise to Line Managers and
Employees on general HR related questions, requests, policies and
procedures.
- Compile and maintain paper, digital and electronic employee
records, including holiday and sickness leaves
- Process payroll processing and with the documentation of
employee compensation and benefits
- Support HR-related training programs, workshops and
seminars
- Enter employee data into computer database
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping
human resource information confidential.
- Various reporting as needed, including headcount reporting and
tracking temporary employeesQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar HR
Certification.--- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar
role utilizing a talent managementsystem.--- Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.--- Excellent interpersonal skills
with the ability to manage sensitive andconfidential situations
with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.--- Excellent
organizational skills, attention to detail along with the ability
to prioritizeand juggle a busy workload--- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a
plus--- Advanced skills in Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, ADP---
