• Take and record patient's vital signs
• Dresses Wounds
• Observes patient and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to appropriate personnel in charge
• Administers specified medication and nutrition and notes time and amount on patient's chart
• Adhere to patient's daily routine
• Maintain patient's oxygen routine if applicable
• Accompany patient to doctor appointments (day shift only)
• Establish communication path with patient
• Assembles and uses such equipment as catheters, nebulizer, suctioning, Bi-Pap and oxygen supplies
• Records food and fluid intake and output
• Assists with bathing, dressing, transfers and repositioningLicensed Practical Nurse Requirements
  • LPN license in the State of Georgia
  • 3 years experience as an LPN
  • Ability to write routine reports and required correspondence that are HIPAA compliant
  • Must be able to appropriately respond to and maintain confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
  • Reliable vehicle
