Job Description:
Cox Automotive, a premier provider of integrated automotive
services, seeks a Product Owner II to join our innovative Product
Development & Innovation team. This role concentrates on managing
product strategies that align with the organizational goals,
facilitating product lifecycle management, and ensuring
user-centric development for solutions in the automotive sector.
The Product Owner II will act as a vital link between our technical
teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality products that enhance value for car manufacturers,
dealers, and buyers. Define the product vision, roadmaps, and
growth opportunities. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize
stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product
strategy. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments
impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals. Work
closely with product management and stakeholders to create and
maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. Lead
the planning of product release plans and set expectations for
delivery of new functionalities. Act as a primary contact for
queries related to the product and act as an interface between
stakeholders and the development team. Strong understanding of
Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in
backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional development teams.
Experience with automotive industry software solutions is a plus.
Medical Insurance 401k Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is preferred
but not required.
